General Questions

Yes! We work with a range of insurers, including Medicaid and local care organizations. We also accept credit card payment over the phone

 

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance. However, we do our best to accommodate same-day urgent bookings.

 

All staff are trained in infection control, vehicles are cleaned between rides, and drivers are CPR and PASS-certified.

 

Absolutely! One companion is welcome to ride along at no additional cost, provided there is available space in the vehicle.

 

We operate 24/7, including holidays, for scheduled and emergency hospital discharges. After hours is driver dependent 

 

Our rates may differ due to holidays or weekends but for your convenience we do offer service during these times.

 

Cancellation policy- 50% charge if cancelled after 24hr window
